From the 2022.1 version, Pixyz Plugin will be installed only from Package Manager.

Installing Pixyz Plugin from Package Manager

  1. Download the zip file containing the 3 packages that constitute Pixyz Plugin
  2. Dezip it, and in the 📂Pixyz Plugin 2022.1 rX you should have 3 .tgz files:
    1. 📄com.unity.pixyz.api-win-1.0.0.tgz
    2. 📄com.unity.pixyz.commons-1.0.0-pre.1.tgz
    3. 📄com.unity.pixyz.plugin4unity-1.0.0-pre.1.tgz
  3. Open your Unity Project

<aside> ⚠️ If Pixyz Plugin was already installed, delete it from the project before installing the new one. To do so: If installed by .unitypackage :

  1. Open the location of your Unity Project
  2. Close Unity Editor
  3. Find the Pixyz Plugin folder, located at /Assets/Plugins
  4. Delete all
  5. Re-open Unity Editor

If installed from Package Manager: Remove the package from Package Manager

  1. Open the Package Manager

  2. With the + choose Add package from tarball…

    1. 1️⃣ Pixyz API
    2. 2️⃣ Pixyz Commons
    3. 3️⃣ Pixyz Plugin4Unity

  4. You can use Pixyz Plugin 2022.1
